If you just purchased a new or used motorhome, fifth wheel, travel trailer, toy hauler, pop-up, or truck camper or you want to get more familiar with the systems in your old rig, this service is right for you! We have all been there at some point, something has stopped working, you freeze, you may even panic, then you start troubleshooting. You’ve gone to the internet to look for the answers (that’s probably how you found us), but if you don’t know the root of the problem, how do you know you are searching for the right topic? Don’t spend hours online researching when you could be spending that time relaxing in your new home on the road. We teach you the basic RVing information it can take weeks to learn by watching videos and reading blogs (not even ones specific to your unit) or through months of trial and error to get right. We take all that, combine it with research about your specific unit, and put it into a personalized how-to for you and your rig so when something does go wrong you will feel more prepared. We tell you about the good, the bad, the ugly, and the potentially stinky issues you may run across during your adventures because focusing only on the good (as salespeople tend to do) makes you less prepared if/when a situation occurs.  Where are my breakers? Why won’t my lights work? How do I make sure we’re level? Why is being level important anyway? What do I do if my black tank gets clogged? Why should turn my propane off when I’m traveling? All of those questions and more will be addressed during your orientation so you can feel more confident when you are on the road in your RV.

**Important** In order to do a complete and thorough walk-through of all your systems, your unit must be connected to or have access to “full hook-ups”, which consists of the proper size electrical outlet for your unit (30 amp or 50 amp service) as well as water and sewer connections. Without access to these basic necessities we will not be able to perform this service to the best of our abilities. If you do not have access to these at your current location, we recommend taking your unit to a local RV campground with full hook-ups for the day in order for you to receive the complete value of this service.
